Technical Requirements

-PC with processor clock speed at least 400 MHz, 20 MB free disk space, memory 16 MB RAM
-Windows XP/Vista/7/8
-Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.5 or better
-Adobe Flash Player version 10 or higher. To check which version you have, click here.
If you do not have the Flash Player you can download from www.adobe.com
-Adobe Reader
-Access to internet

Communication and data exchange between your computer and our servers uses UDP protocol.

Note:

Blue color of the window indicates that application cannot connect to the euroTICKET's servers. In such case application will try to connect with consecutive servers.

1. FIREWALL
Most often this problem is being caused by settings in user's firewall application (info: Wikipedia). Your firewall should be configured to allow euroTICKET application to use following ports:
33637, 33638, 33639, 33640, 33641, 33642

for inbound and outbound communication coming from follwoing IP addresses:
et.euroticket.pl
k2.euroticket.pl
193.201.136.188
212.38.193.250

If you are not using firewall, the blue color window should diseapper after a short while and you should be able to log-in into the system.

2. UDP Protocol
Our server uses UDP PROTOCOL (info: Wikipedia) to transmit data to our clients. If your internet service provider doesn't support this protocol this may be the cause of the connection problems. Having said that: possibility that your ISP doesn't support UDP is very rare and limited to these who connect to the internet using cell phones.

3. PROXY SERVERS
Proxy servers (info: Wikipedia) don't support services with the use of UDP protocol which is being used between our servers and client's computers. If your network uses proxy servers, contact your network administrator.
